I just updated to version 1.3.12.13 and I'm encountering a problem, which seems to be just a display issue but which I find strange:
All the machines were updated with the waptupgrade package and some have version 1.3.8.2 (or even 1.3.5...) in the WAPT version column...

I just tried it as you suggested.

After digging a little deeper, it seems to be a bug due to MSI's Flash update, whereas previous versions would have...

EWaptSetupException: Fatal error: MSI install_flash_player_24_plugin.msi has been installed but the uninstall key {1D95F7C4-A547-4FC9-91A4-A35B19F597C0} cannot be found.
Package still in need-upgrade status. If I force it, it reinstalls...

Okay, but then why does it tell me a key is already installed when there's no newer version installed?
I'm having the same problem with Java.
On some machines, the status shows an error, and the package updates but doesn't revert properly when I force the update...

When I unzip the package and launch Flash Player, it tells me that a newer version is already installed... :?
Could mixing packages (I remember using a package from Simon for Flash because it wasn't yet on the TIS repository) cause problems overall?

you say you download and modify the package, but how do you re-upload it?
When you manually download the package from your repository and unzip it, is the mozilla.cfg file the same one you modified?

So, if we want to add entries to the context menu, it's in the uwaptconsole.pas file, and the menu title and icon are in the file c:\wapt\languages\waptconsole.fr.po?

Well, I can't seem to modify the context menu; neither adding a new entry nor modifying the "Connect via VNC" entry.
If a kind soul (let's be crazy, a developer who happens to be passing by? ) would be willing to explain the procedure step by step...
