Actually, if I delete the wsusscn2.cab file

and re-download the file from http://download.windowsupdate.com/micro ... usscn2.cab,

the file is dated October 2nd and therefore doesn't include the latest updates.

The same thing happens when I check it directly on my PC.

Yes, that's the case; I checked that.
But no October KB articles appear in the list... the server does have internet access.

I have one server and four remote repositories.
The server updated without any problems.
