Re: Wapt console error

Hello,

thank you for your reply.
I haven't been able to import packages for over six months, so I had abandoned that solution.
I'm looking at the server again; I have two keys to run the crt and perm consoles. The question is, where should I save the files?
(console on...)

Re: Management console installation error

Hello,

when I open the administration console on a Windows machine, I get a key or password error. I think I'm not putting the .crt and .pem files in the right place. In my previous installation, the .pem file was in c:\private and the .crt file was in \issl...

Management console installation error

Hello,

I have the WAPT management console on a Windows 10 machine and it works.
I changed the hard drive, installed Windows 10 v2004, and now I can't get the console to work with the CRT and PEM keys.
I put the old hard drive back in and the console works.
I've read the documentation, but nothing works.
There's a...

Re: Wapt on Windows 2003 obsolete

Hello,

I consulted the documentation and regenerated the WaptAgent. It works fine on a new machine.
If I manually change the C:\wapt\wapt-get.ini file (with the new DNS name) on my old machines (1000 in total!), it works.

I've also changed the WaptDeploy and Hash values for the GPOs...

Re: Wapt on Windows 2003 obsolete

Good evening,

I understand the issue, but my problem is that the DNS name and IP address of my Windows 2003 server are being used by other applications, and I can't retrieve them.

That's why I want to change the DNS name and IP address of my new Debian 9.4 server, including the machines already registered...

Re: Wapt on Windows 2003 obsolete

Hello,

where is the configuration file on a Debian server to change the server name for client applications?
Currently, it's pointing to the old name of my Windows 2003 server after the file copy (Windows 2003 to Debian 9.4).

Re: Wapt on Windows 2003 obsolete

My Debian server is working, but is it possible to change the server name for client programs?
When I load a new machine, it takes the name of the old server.
I can't reclaim the name because it's being used by another server application.
Thanks.
