thank you for your reply. I managed to find a workaround: I first push waptagent.exe via GPO and then run the script, and everything works.

I'm trying to deploy WAPT via GPO with a startup script. Here are the parameters:
waptdeploy.exe --hash=*(the hash)* --minversion=1.5.1.26 --waptsetupurl=https://(wapt server name)/wapt/waptagent.exe --force --wait=30

and I'm getting this error:
