Good evening,
it wasn't already installed; it's just that my screenshot was taken on a machine with Office installed, but I performed the procedure on a machine with Office that wasn't installed, and it launched the correct command line.
The problem is that, for some reason, it was using config.XML located in Standard.WW and not my silent.xml located in the root directory. As a result, the installation was stuck because Office wasn't installing silently, and the setup window wouldn't open. I then modified config.XML with the same code as the silent file and changed "silent" in my setup file to config.xml, and everything works as my post above describes.
I had already seen your solution, as I've spent quite a bit of time browsing your forum.
