- either a service that installs updates on shutdown => same as Windows
- or, for example, creating a package available to the user, who would then run it themselves to...

Thanks for the quick reply.
I specifically want to avoid "waptupgrade_task_period" because if software is installed or in use, I don't know which processes are affected.
A simple program like Vim is possible, but for example, I'm going to create a package (eventually...).

Hello,
as described in the post, the LDAP connection is working... I tested different ldapsearch parameters before posting on the forum (I forgot to mention that),
so this line works (a slight variation to clearly show the port):
ldapsearch -x -h srvads.mydomain ...

Hello everyone.
Regarding the migration to WAPT Enterprise, I'm currently configuring our new server (on Debian).
The only thing left is console authentication with LDAPS.
And that's where I'm stuck… I've followed the documentation correctly…
