"localectl set-locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8" no longer works (it doesn't work under Debian 13), you need to use "update-locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8"

Okay, I haven't done a clean reinstall yet, but strangely enough, after updating the WAPT server yesterday, the problem disappeared ; no more slowness or timeouts.
