Despite the previous thread (here https://forum.tranquil.it/viewtopic.php?p=17583#p17583), the Phylogène Lycée package doesn't seem to have been updated on the Store.
The "wdir=" was indeed present on the shortcuts in version 2.7.6.1-2 of the package and was removed during the update...
