Hello.
Following the tutorial https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc/wapt_server_install/debian/install_debian_wapt.html
with a fresh installation of Debian 9 x64, I encountered the same problem https://forum.tranquil.it/viewtopic.php?t=927, namely the PostgreSQL service not creating...

CUPS, hide certain printers
Hello.
I previously had a standalone CUPS print server without Samba. The unusual aspect was that I only shared a virtual PDF printer which, thanks to a plugin (tea4cups), was redirected (under certain conditions) to a physical printer.

Re: SAMBA4, a proven alternative to Active Directory
Hello.
Sorry for the late reply.
My performance issue was related to file locking, which was resolved by adjusting the "kernel oplocks" setting in smb.conf, so it had nothing to do with physical resources.
Regarding the size, it's a student network with 50 PCs for 150 accounts...

Re: Installing WAPT on a web server that already has Apache
Actually, there's no need to change the ports.
`mydomain` redirects to the WAPT main page
; `mydomain/glpi` redirects to my GLPI page;
`mydomain/wapt` correctly redirects the WAPT executables.
My only problem is that `https://mydomain` returns something else; I must have an .htaccess file to modify in my root directory...

Installing WAPT on a web server that already has Apache
Hello.
I would like to test your WAPT solution to automate our software updates.
I would prefer not to install a new machine but to use it on our existing web server.
Our web server hardware is an Intel i5 with 8GB of DDR3 RAM and a 500GB hard drive.

Re: SAMBA4, a proven alternative to Active Directory
Hello.
A little feedback from me.
I've worked on Microsoft servers running NT4, 2000, 2003, 2008+R2, and 2012+R2 since school until about a year ago.
I learned about NT4 networking during my vocational baccalaureate.
I discovered Active Directory in a corporate setting.
