Hello.

I previously had a standalone CUPS print server without Samba. The unique feature was that I only shared a virtual PDF printer which, thanks to a plugin (tea4cups), was redirected (under certain conditions) to a physical printer.

I'm working with your tutorial, using an Active Directory version with Samba for my print filtering server. Everything seems to be working, and I'm continuing my tests.

I'm posting a question here that I haven't yet been able to find the answer to online: how do I hide certain printers?
In my case, I have a shared virtual PDF printer followed by a non-shared physical printer. However, on the network share, I see both (virtual and physical) and they are accessible, which is causing me a problem.
Is it in smb.conf or printers.conf that I need to specify that a particular printer is inaccessible?

Thank you in advance for your answers; I'll continue to investigate.
Best regards.
