I found the problem. My client update package hadn't installed correctly and was generating an "unknown" error during client installation.

I regenerated it and it's working much better now, so we can close the issue as far as I'm concerned.

I updated the Firefox package on my console and during installation on the PCs I get the following error message:

Installing waptp-firefox
Exception ...

The installation was done under Windows alongside a WSUS server.
The documentation was followed to the letter, without Apache.

However, the Apache service is present, and it seems to be the source of the occasional problem.
