I would like to run `wapt-get generate-uuid` and `wapt-get.exe` from the "Test" registry during the WAPT agent installation. Is this possible? If so, how?

I'd like to install the WAPT server on an Azure virtual machine with Windows Server 2016. I've tried using Apache and IIS, but without success.
