Nothing at all, that's the problem.
I just ran postconf again, specifying my FQDN.

The waptserver.log file remains empty.

Since installing release 1.5.1.22, my Wapt console won't open.

I don't get an error message, but the Wapt Authentication window keeps reappearing.

No, I have the same problem when opening my console, which is already installed at version 1.5.1.21.

It updated correctly to 1.5.1.22, but the password doesn't work... I've tried `postconf` twice, but still nothing.

It's when I run `waptconsole.exe`, downloaded from the tranquil.it repository, that it generates the error...

the WAPT server is operational except that when I try to access my repository at https://myserver.com/wapt/
I get a 403 Forbidden error (nginx/1.10.3).

It's definitely an access problem, but which files need to have their access rights changed?
