since I updated to version 1.5, I've been getting several messages like this one on my server. The messages don't stay up for long (less than about 2 seconds).
I don't know what they mean; I barely have time to click on them to get a quick explanation...

Ah, okay, I just realized that all the versions I imported previously are still in my repository. Since I had selected the "latest version only" option, I couldn't see them. I thought that importing a new version would overwrite the old one.

I made changes to the "%localappdata%\waptconsole\waptconsole.ini" file on the computer where it wasn't working, so that it was identical to the one on the working computer.
