Hello,

I've set up several PCs and they all work (Lenovo, HP, Dell).

I have a Lenovo with an Intel processor that refuses to start the deployment. Everything works until I launch diskpart...

basically, Diskpart doesn't see the hard drive and therefore stops.

The PC itself works. I noticed that the SSD is BitLocker (I don't know if that's relevant).

I tried installing SCCM drivers for the model, but nothing changed.

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hello dj41ph4,

could you please check in the BIOS whether the disk is configured in RAID mode or basic SSD mode?

Regards,

Denis

The problem stems from the Intel Volume Management Device, which needs to be disabled in the BIOS...

have you encountered this issue before?

Thanks

Hello dj41ph4,

we've seen several cases where the BIOS was configured at the SSD level in RAID mode or some other unusual manufacturer configuration. This can be supported, but you need to load the correct drivers in WinPE. The easiest solution is to modify the BIOS settings.

It's not common, but it's not extremely rare either.

Regards,

Denis

Good morning,

To load drivers into WinPE, is it directly in the "driver" tab of the WAPT console? Because I don't think adding the Intel RST drivers changes anything...

Hello,

please start a new thread for a new question (otherwise it complicates the moderation team's job).
