Hello,
I'm having a problem after uninstalling the agent and upgrading to version 2.2.3.
I've tried removing my machine from WAPT, uninstalling and reinstalling the agent.
The machine is recognized in WAPT, but I can't install any software from the library, either through waptconsole or the self-service interface.
I can't figure out what the problem is
. If anyone has any ideas,

PS: I forgot to mention, when I reinstall the agent and use waptconsole, it remembers me (personal certificate path OK).

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I would start by verifying that your certificate is properly integrated with the agent and that it is correctly installed on the target.
If the target is present and connected in the console but most actions are grayed out, there's a good chance that's the problem.

Also, consider checking the WAPT logs on the target.
Server: WAPT Enterprise 2.6.1.17786 on Debian
Consoles: Windows 10 & 11
Infrastructure: Windows

Hello,

after several attempts to install it, the agent finally installed correctly.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Eric,

thanks for your reply. As Tom pointed out, the problem you're describing sounds a lot like a public certificate issue where the agent isn't present.

Regards,

Denis
