Hello,
as advised, I'm opening a new thread regarding my certificate issues. I'm a bit lost with my certificates. On my client workstations, which are all correctly listed in the directory of my WAPT console (version 2.3.0.13470), some are reachable, others are not. For example, my workstation is not reachable, but I can install applications. My certificate's fingerprint (privatekey) starts with c5bxxxxxxx. My colleague's workstation is reachable, and I can install applications on it. His certificate starts with addxxxxxxxxx.
I have other workstations that are reachable, but I can't install applications (error when uploading package: Upload error from 87008D1D.....). Their certificates start with 636xxxxxxx.
Do the clients need to have the same fingerprint (sha256)? If so, how do I retrieve the certificates from a working workstation to import them into the non-working one? How do I recreate a proper Wapt setup file?
Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.
Sincerely
customer certificate

Hello, here is some additional information to help me with my problem:
When I scan the WAPT service, I get the following message: "critical certificate validation error for issuer".
When I try to generate a WAPT agent with a workstation's certificate, I get the following error message: "Error creating waptagent.exe. Verification of the Tranquil IT signature of the control hashes on the server failed. Check that waptbinaries.sha256 has not been altered on the server."
The idea is to manually replace the certificates of client workstations that are not working correctly and create a new WAPT client with the correct certificate.
Thank you in advance for your help.
