[RESOLVED] - WUA - Status null

* Specify the OS of the administration/package creation machine and the machine with the problematic agent, if applicable (Windows 7/10/11/Debian 11/etc.).

Good morning,

I have implemented Windows update management via WAPT.
I created the corresponding config file, however on some machines, the WUA status remains at the question mark level.

The agent settings are all good.

The behavior differs between two machines under the same OU.
I do not wish to force the update search myself.
What could be "blocking" the Windows update scan from starting?
I don't have an error message.

Can you give me some pointers to guide my research?
