Good morning,
We have only recently acquired WAPT Entreprise. We are still in the learning phase.
We deployed our operating system using WAPT, installing the Office 2019 Pro package (custom configuration.xml file with our license). Until recently, this worked perfectly, but we've been getting an error message:

Problem solved.
Contrary to what we were told during training (or perhaps we misunderstood), we shouldn't add our own XML configuration file (containing our serial number) but rather modify the one included in the package. Otherwise, if our configurations differ from those in the WAPT file, the computer will try to download the missing files from the internet, and since our computers don't have internet access during OS deployment, this results in the error message mentioned above.

Hi Cédric,

thanks for your feedback. To be more precise, for the package to be truly self-contained, the `update-package()` call that was passed when the package was created must have been run with the same XML that will be used during deployment. Otherwise, some components will not have been pre-downloaded and will therefore need to be downloaded during installation. It might not be obvious at first, but it's quite logical in the end. :-)
