* Specify the installed WAPT version, full version, and build number (2.2.1.11957 / 2.2.2.12337 / etc.) as well as the Enterprise/Discovery edition.
* Versions 1.8.2 and earlier are no longer supported. The only questions accepted regarding version 1.8.2 are related to upgrading to a supported version (2.1, 2.2, etc.).
* Specify the server OS (Linux/Windows) and version (Debian Buster/Bullseye - CentOS 7 - Windows Server 2012/2016/2019).
* Specify the OS of the administration/package creation machine and the machine with the problematic agent, if applicable (Windows 7/10/11/Debian 11/etc.).

Hello everyone,

I have two questions in one,

I'm using the Microsoft 365 package from the store, and on some machines the latest version of the package is marked as installed. However, when I check on the machine, either directly or via the software inventory, I notice that I have several versions that are behind, even though the package tells me it's up to date
For example, the latest version of my package is 16.0.18227.20162-25, and it tells me that the package is installed, except that at the machine level

Another problem is that on some computers I'm finding myself with multiple versions of the same package, which I suppose he's tried reinstalling several times, and there's no way to get rid of it or fix the problem

Does anyone have any ideas?
