I just checked, and no, I only have ASCII characters in waptserver.ini, no accents, and only special characters that are indeed in the ASCII table.

What really puzzles me is that everything works in 2.5.5, so I would tend to think my original configuration is correct, but I consistently have the same problem when I do the update, so there must be a specific error causing this.

Good morning,

First, can you run the following command and send us the result?

Code: Select all

 file -i /opt/wapt/conf/waptserver.ini
Next, could you rename your current file to waptserver.ini.oldthen create a new file waptserver.ini By importing your old settings? We can confirm if the problem is not due to incorrect encoding.

Good morning,

Here is the result of the command:
/opt/wapt/conf/waptserver.ini: text/plain; charset=utf-8
The same result was achieved by recreating waptserver.ini.
