Hello,
I'd like to know if there's a way to purge WAPT and WUA packages from the repositories (besides deleting the files)?
I found a configuration like "cleanup_kbs = False" on the server, for example.
But I haven't found anything similar for the secondary repositories.

For secondary repositories, there's no equivalent setting to `cleanup_kbs` on the main server. The only official way to purge packages is to manually delete the files or use a custom script that removes older versions.
Alternatively, you can automate the process somewhat by using a tool that scans the repositories and removes packages older than a certain number of days, but this should be done with caution to avoid breaking dependencies.

In fact, a secondary repository is a mirror of the main server, so if the cleanup is done on the server side, then it will be done on the secondary repository side.
