Hello,
since the last version (2.6.1.17765), agent deployment is failing.
In detail:
It's installed via GPO, and waptdeploy.exe is up to date in netlogon.
On the Windows 11 24H2 machine, in the Task Manager, I see:
Waptdeploy (32-bit): CPU: 0 / Mem: 1.8 MB
WaptSetup Setup (32-bit): CPU: 0 / Mem: 2 MB
And it stays like this indefinitely.
However, updates via the waptugrade package work without any problem.
Any idea what's going on?
Deployment of the impossible agent

Hi Thomas,
could you check if adding a cmd.exe file like in [1] resolves the issue? We've encountered this problem with several clients, but we haven't been able to figure out the underlying conditions causing it to fail.
The other option is to revert to the previous version of the waptdeploy executable, but the older version doesn't benefit from the hardening applied to the latest version.
Regards,
Denis

The previous version of waptdeploy.exe gives the same result.
Modifying the GPO using cmd /C works.
