Hello,

I'm contacting you with a few questions I haven't been able to find answers to.

We're using the WAPT Discovery version on our network to assess the remaining machines for upgrading to Windows 11.
We launched our agent with the following package:

- Package: tis-windows11-requirements. Version: 2025.10.30-24.

We've noticed that on some PCs, the WAPT audit reports them as "NOT CAPABLE," while Microsoft's PC Health Check tool gives us the green light. (Several machines are showing the same result).

Do you have any ideas, usage tips, or alternatives to ensure the accuracy of the audit results?

Also, we can't navigate the "Audit Data." Is this due to the Discovery version? (See attached file).

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Sincerely.

What date is the PC Health Check from? Microsoft has added extra limits with each new version of Windows 11. The audit package also checks available disk space; perhaps the disks are full.

Audits are a feature of the Enterprise version. Therefore, it's normal that they're not accessible. You can rewrite the package to print the results within the install() function... Or upgrade to the Enterprise version.

There need to be some differentiating features to attract paying customers and finance Wapt's development; otherwise, there wouldn't be an Enterprise or Discovery version :-).

Sincerely,

Denis
