* Specify the OS of the administration/package creation machine and the machine with the problematic agent, if applicable (Windows 7/10/11/Debian 11/etc.).

The Tranqui IT package from Jasp does not give the necessary permission to the installation folder (C:\Program Files\JASP) to allow the software to start.

if I'm not mistaken, the icacls command mentioned in your post grants modification rights to all users.
There are some business applications where there isn't much choice... We call them "podoware" internally (software developed with their feet
). However, is this software installed on machines with trusted users, or on workstations used by students who like to test the robustness of the machines provided to them?
If possible, it would be good to at least limit the rights to a more restricted trusted group than "Domain Users".
