Hello everyone,

As previously mentioned on the mailing list and on the forum, a regression has appeared in the run function of the Setuphelpers module.

The parameter "shell=True" had not switched to the underlying function as was the case in previous versions.
The resulting errors were of the type "The specified file could not be found", packages using the run function that previously worked were now reporting errors.

The problem is resolved with version 1.3.9.3.

If you have updated your WAPT server and agents to version 1.3.9, we strongly advise you to apply this update.
Sincerely,

The TIS team

Hi everyone,

As mentioned previously on the mailing-list and on the forum, a regression appeared in Setuphelpers module run function.

Argument "shell=True" wasn't explicitly passed to the underlying function as it occurred on previous versions.
Resulting errors where "Specified file could not be found", packages using the run function were broken.

The problem is solved in the 1.3.9.3 release.

If you updated your WAPT installation with 1.3.9, we strongly advise you to apply the 1.3.9.3 update on your server and agents.
Sincerely,

The TIS team
