Hello,
I deployed the Microsoft hevc-video-extension package (2.1.452.0-61) yesterday, but it's not working.
When I go to the computer and try to install it, it doesn't tell me it's already installed, and furthermore, we still can't play videos like MOV files, for example.
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Fabien

Hello,
On my end, when I launch the installation via the package or the installer directly, I can find the software in the list of installed applications on my computer. And when I perform a clean installation, the application is correctly detected as installed.
I just saw that there's another version on the Microsoft Store: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nmzl ... n-US&gl=FR
And I get exactly the same result.
Regarding video playback, I couldn't say; do you experience the same behavior when installing the software manually? If so, you should probably contact the publisher.
Otherwise, VLC might be a better option?
Best regards,
Ingrid
