Hello,
on both of my package development workstations (Windows 7 Pro), closing PyScripter causes a crash.
I have to kill the background process. The process uses 25% of the resources per crash.
Apart from that, PyScripter works perfectly.
I am a member of the "local administrators" group on the machine. Even with administrator privileges, the problem persists.
Do you have a solution, or is this a bug in PyScripter version 3.2?
Thank you in advance
, Patrice

I had the same issue; I upgraded to version 3.2.2
and also deleted the %appdata%\pyscripter folder.
and also deleted the %appdata%\pyscripter folder.
PyScripter is evolving very quickly. Kiriakos is a great guy.
PyScripter is a strategic tool for WAPT, and Tranquil IT is in direct contact with the main PyScripter developer, a resourceful guy in Greece, a Delphi enthusiast, and very talented. Hubert also knows Delphi well, and the two complement each other perfectly.
For your information, we are contributing financially to improving PyScripter's debugging features: adding multi-threaded debugging modes and remote debugging. Remote debugging could, in the future, facilitate the creation of packages for platforms other than Windows.
Multi-threaded debugging support has just been made available by the developer in version 3.3 of PyScripter.
This gives you a good idea of our mindset for the future.
