Hello,
I'm having a problem with the latest Windows 10 workstations I deployed in my organization. The agent installation goes smoothly, the workstation appears correctly in the console, but immediately switches to "UNREACHABLE." After some research, I have the following information:
- The WAPTservice is paused, and when I try to restart it, I get the error "Windows could not start the service... The service did not return an error..."
- I launched debug mode (waptpython waptservice\waptservice -l debug), and my workstation then communicates correctly with the server (contact, deployment, etc.).
- I restart the workstation, and the same problem persists.
I tested with the Windows firewall and antivirus disabled, and the problem remains.
Has anyone else encountered this kind of problem?
Thank you
Have a good day.
David
