Hello,
I'm having a problem with Waptexit.
On Windows 10 version 1803 and Wapt 1.5.1.23, I get either the error message
"Access violation, press OK to ignore and risk data corruption or press Cancel to kill the program"
or
Socket Error #10054 Connection reset by peer.
I don't have this problem with Windows 10 version 1703.
I uninstalled my antivirus (Kaspersky), but nothing changed.
The installations complete correctly, but Windows doesn't shut down. It waits for me to click OK or Cancel.
Do you have any ideas?

Since I can't find a solution, is there a way to disable the automatic installation of software when the PC is shut down?
This problem is critical; I'm currently deploying Windows 10 across our entire student computer network.

There is a bug in waptexit that has been fixed and is similar to what you are experiencing. The fix will be included in the next WAPT version, 1.6, which will be released on Tuesday, June 19th.Christophe wrote: ↑June 6, 2018 - 10:51 AM Since I can't find a solution, is there a way to disable the automatic installation of software when the PC is shut down?
This problem is blocking progress; I'm currently deploying Windows 10 across our entire student computer network.
In the meantime, you can modify the deployment options to avoid installing WaptExit:
Code: Select all
/VERYSILENT /MERGETASKS= ""useWaptServer,autorunTray,installService""Code: Select all
wapt-get remove-upgrade-shutdownDenis

Hello,
Wapt version 1.6, which was supposed to be released on June 19th, is still not available for download (in its final version).
Do you have a new release date to share with me?
