PowerShell is not giving up...

I'm having a weird issue with the PowerShell
I have to do a ctrl+c

If the setuphelpers file is from before 5/12/2016, this may have been fixed since then... (which version of Wapt?)
Otherwise, which version of PowerShell are you using?
