Hello,

WAPT can do many things, however, I have a question. Can WAPT be used for inventory management in the same way as OCS Inventory + GLPI? I'd like to move away from this combination and rely on WAPT (almost) entirely.

Hello,

Wapt is efficient for inventory management, but personally I still use FI/GLPI, which is more powerful.
I'm wondering, though, if it's possible to send Wapt's inventory management data to GLPI? ...

That would be fantastic!

Question: What do you think WAPT needs to reach GLPI's level of performance for inventory?

This is an open question and no promises are being made by the WAPT team.

We have a bit of that

It consists of browsing the wapt postgresql database and then formatting the data so that it is accepted by glpi.

Currently, not much is missing; it's just lacking some inventory information compared to Fusion Inventory

For the moment, however, no decision has been made as to whether this will be only in the enterprise version or also in the community version.

Well, GLPI handles tickets/problems related to the machine, for example. It would be nice to be able to see which problems have already been encountered on the machine via WAPT. I know it's just inventory management, but seeing the machine's contents (the problems) in detail would be a nice bonus :)

Sorry for the delayed response...
