on November 19, 2018, there were 16 updates to the Firefox package.
Are these legitimate updates? Is there a bug in the system?

No bugs here. We've updated the x64 and x86 packages with different languages (fr, en, it, de, es).
An additional language filtering feature will allow you to filter these packages during import.
The store is also being redesigned.
