Hello

, a team in my lab purchased a WAPT secondary server a year ago (or more). It has never been deployed. ;) The reason is that the buyer is not a member of the team that manages the infrastructure (of which I am a part). :?
We are therefore left with a secondary server whose name we want to change (the current name is incorrect), to which we want to add a certificate signed by an authority (because we rely on certificates), and which we want to update (the primary server is on version 1.7).
And of course, apart from the Tranquil IT forum, we have no contacts to turn to.
Is there a solution? :?:

Hello olivetree,
A team from my lab purchased a WAPT secondary server a year ago (or more). It has never been deployed. ;) This is because the purchaser is not a member of the team that manages the infrastructure (of which I am a part). :?
We are therefore left with a secondary server whose name we want to change (the naming is incorrect), to which we want to add a certificate signed by an authority (because we operate using certificates), and which we want to update (the primary server is on version 1.7).
At the time, the offer included the provision of a secondary unit and installation assistance upon request. Indeed, if the person wasn't part of the service department, they shouldn't have contacted us. This minor hiccup could have been resolved with our sales department; you can tell your colleague to contact me directly for this installation by email at cfargues[at]@tranquil.it or by phone at 02.40.97.57.55.
And of course, apart from the Tranquil IT forum, we have no contacts to turn to.
You have plenty of ways to contact us :) :
  • By phone to discuss a commercial offer (if you do not have a support contract)
  • You can also contact us by email to discuss a commercial offer (if you do not have a support contract)
  • By coming to our offices to say hello :)
Good day,
Camille FARGUES,
