Good morning,

I have an error on new workstations deployed with 2 packages from the WAPT store.
These are the tis-adobereader & tis-flashplayer packages.
When deploying to a new workstation, they indicate the following:

Code: Select all

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\Program Files (x86)\wapt\common.py", line 3699, in install_wapt
    raise EWaptUnavailablePackage('Missing dependencies: %s' % (','.join(missing_depends,)))
EWaptUnavailablePackage: Missing dependencies: tls-flashplayer,tls-adobereader
EWaptUnavailablePackage: Missing dependencies: tls-flashplayer,tls-adobereader
The packages are indeed present in the private repository, and are indeed present in the OU.
The packages have no problems on machines already installed, however they do not update.

I haven't found an explanation, given that these are the only packages that do this.

Thank you for your help.

- Installed WAPT version (1.7)
- Linux server OS and CentOS 7 version
- Operating system of the administration machine/creation of Windows 10 packages

Are the tls-flashplayer and tls-adobereader packages showing errors on the machine?

They don't settle in at all.

This means the packet is invisible to the machine.

Is this a packet signature issue?

These are packages from the WAPT store.

I've tried several versions.

How can I verify the signature?

In private repository
- right click on the columns
- Select "signatory fingerprint"

Compare the value of the column with the other package seen by the machine.

I just checked, all the packages in the repository do indeed have the same fingerprint.

Factors that can cause a package to be hidden from a machine include:

- Architecture
- Minimum OS version, maximum OS version
- Maturity
- Minimum Wapt version
- Language

Do you have a secondary repository?

Not currently.
The workstations are running Windows 10 version 1803.
