Hello,

when I offer the update to clients, a window opens on their end with a 300-second countdown.
They also have a "Not now" button allowing them to postpone the installation.
Is there a way, in certain cases, to force users to let the installation proceed (prevent them from clicking "Not now" or closing the window)?

Best regards,
Christophe.

Hello Christophe0110,

Yes, to do this, you will need to run "Check for updates," which will search for differences between the WAPT server and the client PC, and then "Run installations" to force the installation of the new packages without any user interaction.

Jimmy
