Server OS: Debian 9.9
Operating system of the administration/package creation machine: Windows 10
Hello everyone,
I have recently started using WAPT to manage my IT infrastructure (a few dozen Windows workstations in a town hall), and this tool is incredibly practical.
I started by creating my own packages by following the guides on the Tranquil IT website, then I quickly made life easier for myself by retrieving ready-made packages from the Internet repository.
While browsing this forum, I read here and there that certain actions were possible via WAPT, but I'm not sure I understood how to do it.
There are several things I would like to be able to do with WAPT:
- to set LibreOffice as the default application for opening all office documents, including Microsoft documents.
I'm currently using the tis-libreoffice-still package; perhaps it would be enough to modify certain parameters so that during installation, it sets LibreOffice as the default application for doc(x), xls(x), and ppt(x) files, since this is an option offered during manual installation? - Set Firefox as your default internet browser
- Add URL shortcuts to the desktop or pin them to the taskbar
- modifying registry keys using a .reg file
- automatically configure the Nextcloud client with my server
- Automatically configure the Rocket.Chat client with my server
- automatically configure LightBulb
Thanks in advance.
