Hello everyone, I've recently been revisiting the WAPT documentation to deepen my understanding of the subject. And I feel like I've missed something. I've searched extensively in my console, but I can't seem to display the same thing. Could you tell me more? And is this function limited to the Enterprise version? And what's the procedure when our domain controller is a Samba AD?

* Versions 1.8.2 and earlier are no longer supported. The only questions accepted regarding version 1.8.2 are related to upgrading to a supported version (2.1, 2.2, etc.).
* Specify the server OS (Linux/Windows) and version (Debian Buster/Bullseye - CentOS 7 - Windows Server 2012/2016/2019).
* Specify the OS of the administration/package creation machine and the machine with the problematic agent, if applicable (Windows 7/10/11/Debian 11/etc.).
* Avoid asking multiple questions when opening a topic, otherwise it may be ignored. If there are multiple topics, open separate topics, preferably one after the other and not all at the same time (i.e., do not spam the forum).
* Include code snippets, screenshots, and other images directly in the post. Links to Pastebin, Bitly, and other third-party sites will be systematically removed.

The feature you highlighted is indeed included in the Enterprise version of the WAPT console.
Regarding its operation, the hierarchical view is not a view of Active Directory (AD), but rather a display of what the agents know about their position within their AD.
This mode of operation offers several significant advantages:
1) It maintains WAPT's core "agent-centric" functionality; the agent retrieves its own inventory information (i.e., what it knows about itself).
2) This functionality allows WAPT agents in different ADs (e.g., managed service providers) to be displayed in the same console.
3) This functionality allows WAPT agents not integrated into any AD (e.g., Windows Home environments) to be displayed in the same console.
4) This functionality allows packages or groups of packages (software or configurations) to be linked to Organizational Units. The added benefit is that your machine can be fully configured for its destination simply by creating the machine account in the correct OU with an offline join and shipping it to its destination for a technician to connect to the network. It will be configured in minutes with the right software, including Windows updates, and will appear in your inventory as a green item;
5) WAPT can be a significant improvement over configuration GPOs because you'll get OK/NOK feedback in your application console for the WAPT package, which isn't possible with a standard GPO.
