Hello,
currently, package updates occur when machines are shut down.
For those connected via Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi service stops before the WAPT packages are downloaded, causing the update to fail.
Is there an option, similar to WSUS, to force package downloads when the update is released, but have them only install when the machine is shut down?
Thank you.
JM.

Normally, package downloads occur during the day.

The machines download pending packages throughout the day, performing a scan every two hours.

Therefore, the download takes place during the day.

However, be aware that when you initiate an update via the console, the download of pending packages will not begin.

Thank you for your reply,
but is there a setting I need to adjust, because that's not the behavior I'm seeing.
I'm using version 1.6.
Thank you.

Hello jmjoussein,
no, there are no special settings; this is how WAPT normally works. If it doesn't work that way, then there's a problem with your installation. Are you able to reproduce the problem in version 1.8.1?
Regards,
Denis
