[Wapt] Release WAPT-1.8.2

Hello everyone,

After two months of development and testing, we are pleased to announce WAPT version 1.8.2 Enterprise Edition and Community Edition. You can update your installation using the standard procedures referenced in the WAPT documentation:

This version includes a set of fixes since version 1.8.1, as well as improved support for Linux and macOS platforms. WAPT now runs on the following platforms:

* Windows: Agent and Server
* CentOS 7: Agent and Server
* Debian 8, 9, and 10: Agent and Server
* Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04: Agent and Server
* macOS Mojave, High Sierra, and Sierra: Agent
* macOS Catalina: Agent (without WaptSelfService and WaptExit)
