Good morning,

I have a Flash Player 20 package that won't install on several PCs, but it works without any problems on others

On the machine experiencing the error, try using the command line with debug options...

Launch a command prompt with administrator privileges and then:

`wapt-get -l debug install dua-flashplayer`

the ActiveX installation seems to be returning error 1603.

Finally, I only have two PCs with errors left, so I just reinstalled Flash Player from the Adobe website. Wapt is no longer showing the error.

However, on other PCs, there's no error:

have you found a solution to your problem? I'm encountering a similar issue:

What happens when you manually install install_flash_player_21_plugin.msi?

Running it manually on a machine experiencing an error can highlight the problem.
Basically, running install_flash_player_21_plugin.msi during installation doesn't seem to return an error; however, no uninstallkey for the MSI was found at the end of the installation, which is unusual. The wapt package is therefore intentionally causing an error.

Integrating uninstall_flash_player.exe into the package could potentially resolve the issue...
