Hello,
I'm having trouble with version 12.10 of Sage Payroll (i7).
It's from InstallShield.
I generated my answer file and replaced the installation source and the .iss file in my package.
The 11.20 version package works perfectly.
The 12.10 version package installs successfully but doesn't install anything.
When checking the installation logs, the installer's return code is indeed 0 (or -3 if the installation has already taken place, in which case a file with the same name as the installation folder is created, causing subsequent installations to fail), but the installation directory is almost empty.
I checked the dependencies and reinstalled most of them manually (except for vcredist and dotnets, which were already installed) before installation to verify.
I also tried modifying the 11.20 version package's .iss file with the 12.10 information, but without success.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
The publisher's support isn't very helpful, unfortunately...
