I'd like to create a package to deploy the Antidote software, which requires a serial number during installation.
How do I create this type of package?

It all depends on how you install it.
If it's an .msi file, most of the time you need to add the argument "ProductKey="xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx" to the silent installation command.
