Communication error with the Wapt agent

Hello,

I'm testing wapt community 1.6.2.7.
I have about ten machines where the agent is successfully installed.

On one machine, which I installed yesterday,
the agent is installed and detects the repository and updates.
On the console side, the icon on the machine remains the timer, and all operations, when applied, result in an error. This is probably a problem with the communication between the console and the agent.

I should mention that all my other machines and agents are OK.
The firewall and antivirus settings have been checked.

On the machine in question, if I run wapt-tray, the list updates, inventory transfer, and available updates appear correctly. If I launch the updates via the agent icon, they are applied normally, with a green indicator on the console.
But when I command installations or checks from the console, I consistently get a failure.

I uninstalled the agent, removed the machine from the console, and tried again, but the result is the same.
While looking through the tasks, I briefly saw the following error: "

Unable to retrieve action. Error on server:
EWaptTimeoutWaitingForResult('Timeout, client did not send result within 15.0 s').

" Any ideas?
