Hello gentlemen,

can a WAPT Community server be used on a network of 1,500 devices, or is an Enterprise license mandatory?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

it seems to me that the community version isn't limited in the number of workstations, so there's no problem using the free version on 1500 PCs. However, the enterprise version offers additional features.

Sincerely,

Thank you in advance.
As Matthieu mentioned in his reply, there is no limit on the number of posts that can be managed in the Community version.

The Enterprise version provides a set of tools to facilitate the management of large IT parks, including better integration with Active Directory, differentiated key management between teams that handle packaging and IT support teams that manage workstations, management of Windows OS updates, etc.

Basically, there are no restrictions in the WAPT engine on the number of workstations. But if you want to efficiently manage a large number of workstations, it will be much simpler with the additional features of the Enterprise version (it's smarter, if I may use the pun) :-) )

Hopefully this answers your question

Sincerely,

Denis
