Hello everyone,

My inventory update in GLPI via the WAPT server looks like this:

The name "Array" appears for all clients. Have I missed a configuration setting?

Thanks in advance,
Thomas

Hello Thomas,

I have the same issue with agents in Fusion

The first 3 lines are agents retrieved with the Fusion agent, including machine names and computer connections
The inventory of computers with WAPT appears correctly in GLPI (Parc=>Computers)

Unlike the Fusion agent, I am missing, for example, an essential piece of data in my inventory
Because the user with the WAPT agent is for all PCs at @AUTHORITE NT and does not show the actual user of the workstation in the GLPI inventory, therefore the link with the AD user is not established

This makes the GLPI inventory less usable for me, because the machines need to be linked to AD users and therefore also linked to the tickets created by my AD users

Is this a configuration error somewhere?
Or do you plan to make an evolution in your Roadmap for uploading GLPI inventory data to the machine user?

Thanks in advance
Eric

+1
Yes, that's a feature that needs to be added quickly indeed.
It's very detrimental.
