Release WAPT-2.2.3

Hello everyone,

We are pleased to announce the release of WAPT-2.2.3.

This is primarily a bug fix release, with the new tech-preview feature being support for Apple computers equipped with the M1 chip.

For WAPT Server deployments on Windows and Red Hat 7/CentOS 7, please note that the PostgreSQL database will be updated from version 9.6.24 to version 14.5 due to the end of support for PostgreSQL 9.6. The update is handled seamlessly by the installer on Windows and by postconf.sh on Red Hat 7/CentOS 7.
