Good morning,

We are currently testing Wapt Enterprise 2.2

I noticed that the build number of the OS is not showing up on 2 machines, even though they are running J

Is there a way to force this data to be retrieved?

THANKS

Hello,

regarding the build version, are you referring to version 10.0.19041.1266 on your machine? The machine appears to be running Windows 10 LTSB, which seems to be the correct version. What information are you missing?

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

The machine in question is a Windows Pro running version 19044.2006. We do not have LTSB version 21H1.

The correct version number is correctly displayed on the desktop PCs, which are also running Windows Pro.

Regards,
LT
