I'm deploying WAPT Enterprise 2.3, and I've noticed something: during manual installation of the agent on Windows 11 (same on Windows 10 22H2), there's no link to the console in the Start menu,
only a link to the self-service portal.
I can access it via the icon in the taskbar, but that option needs to be enabled in the agent.
Also, during manual installation, you can specify (I think) whether or not you want the icon, like you can during a deployment via GPO?
And is it possible to prevent the console from being installed for regular users?
I'm going to do some testing on the GPO deployment; I haven't done it yet.
A related question: in the GPO installation documentation, it says, "We recommend adding waptdeploy.exe to the startup and shutdown scripts in the GPO." Why is that?
