Good morning,

I tried to use the tis-audit-battery package, however the audit returned the following error:
2023-11-23_09-08.png
2023-11-23_09-08.png (11.49 KB) Viewed 3422 times
The package is successfully deployed on a laptop. Do you have any idea why this error is occurring?

Thank you so much

Server = Debian 11 Bullseye
Console = Windows Server 2019

Hello Johan,
Could you please run the following command in a cmd.exe window using your admin account?

Code: Select all

wapt-get audit cam-audit-battery -l debug
If it works in the admin user account but not with the service, you should restart the audit with the LOCAL SYSTEM account (psexec -i -s cmd):

This should allow us to get a little more information.

Sincerely,
Denis
